Class expectations. Grade Recovery Group works when every student is fully here. By enrolling, you agree your student will: join from a computer or tablet, not a phone, in a quiet spot free of distractions, with their camera on; have Zoom installed and tested, and be logged in to their school portals by 6:25 PM; have any school folders, notebooks, or materials they need for missing work or upcoming quizzes and tests within reach; and come ready to learn and give the full hour their attention.
Group guidelines. Students speak kindly, follow directions, and help keep the group a safe place for everyone to work. Please do not record, screenshot, or share anything from the session yourself, since other families’ students are in the room. If a student is disruptive, Natalie will first give a quiet reminder. If it continues, she will contact you so you can make a plan together. If it still cannot be worked out, your student will be removed from the remaining sessions. Fees are not refunded for a student who is removed.
Recording. Each group session is recorded so a student who misses one can catch up. Recordings are shared privately, with a passcode, only with families in the group. They are never posted publicly and are deleted within 60 days of the session. By enrolling, you agree your student may be recorded and that the recording may be shared with the group’s families.
No grade guarantee. Natalie coaches the process, but grades depend on your student’s effort and their teachers, so no particular grade is guaranteed.
