These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BestEFC.com website, operated by Micheel Enterprises, doing business as Natalie Micheel, Executive Function Coach, and doing business as BestEFC.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Enrollment in coaching, packages, or tuition is governed by a separate Client Service Agreement provided at signup.

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to learn about, and book, our coaching services, workshops, and digital products. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.

Section 2 — Not Medical, Psychological, or Educational Therapy

Content on this website describes executive function coaching, a skills-and-systems service. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed medical or mental health professional, and it is not special education or related services under IDEA or a school 504/IEP process.
