BestEFC.com is operated by Micheel Enterprises, doing business as Natalie Micheel, Executive Function Coach, and doing business as BestEFC.com, a Certified Executive Function Coaching practice based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, providing executive function coaching, workshops, and related digital products to students and their families.

Section 2 — Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact & booking information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and student information — when you book a Success Pathway Session, enroll in coaching, register for a workshop, or contact us through the website.

  • Email sign-up information when you opt in to a lead magnet, newsletter, or nurture email sequence (processed through our email platform, Kit).

  • Payment information processed securely through our website platform (Squarespace) and its payment processor. We do not directly collect or store full credit card numbers.

  • Scheduling information when you book a call or session through Calendly.

  • Website usage information collected automatically — such as pages visited and general browsing behavior — through standard Squarespace analytics and cookies.

Section 3 — How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and deliver coaching sessions, workshops, and consultations

  • Process payments for services and digital products

  • Send requested materials, appointment confirmations, and program communications

  • Send optional email newsletters and nurture sequences, which you may unsubscribe from at any time

  • Improve our website and services

  • Comply with legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Section 4 — Children’s Privacy

BestEFC works with students, some of whom are minors. All coaching relationships with minor students are initiated and authorized by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the contact and billing information on the student’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website without parental involvement. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, please contact us so we can remove it.

Section 5 — Cookies & Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. We also use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, e-commerce, and payment processing

  • Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing and nurture sequences

  • Calendly — appointment scheduling

  • Amazon Associates — our Shop page contains affiliate links; if you click through and make a purchase, Amazon may collect information under its own privacy policy, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as needed to operate our business — for example, with the service providers listed above — or as required by law.
